Our rings are made according to US sizing standards. To ensure a perfect fit, we recommend getting your finger(s) measured.

However, if you prefer to measure yourself, you can order our free ring sizer or follow these easy steps:

1. Wrap a string around your finger or place it across the diameter of an existing ring for reference.

2. Ensure the string is tight to obtain accurate measurements.

3. Mark where the ends of the string meet and measure the length in millimetres (for circumference) or diameter (for inner diameter).

4. Download our pdf chart to determine your size based on the measured circumference or inner diameter.

For thicker band rings, keep in mind they may feel tighter as they cover more surface area on your finger. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we suggest sizing up for thicker bands to ensure comfort.

Finding the right necklace length is simple with these steps:

1. How to Measure

  • Use a flexible measuring tape or string. Wrap it around your neck where you’d like the necklace to rest.
  • Note the length, and for chokers or thicker pieces, add 1.25 cm (0.5") for comfort.

2. Understanding Necklace Lengths

  • Choker (3540cm/1416"): Sits snugly around the neck.
  • Princess (45cm/18"): Just below the collarbone, great for everyday wear.
  • Matinee (5060cm/2024"): Ideal for layering or higher necklines

3. Additional Tips

  • For layering, use varying lengths to create a balanced look.
  • Consider the occasion—elegant events may call for longer pieces, while casual settings suit shorter styles.

To determine your bracelet size, follow these simple steps:

1. Measure your wrist:

  • Use a tape measure or strip of paper to wrap around your wrist where you would normally wear the bracelet.

2. Record your wrist size:

  • If using a strip of paper, ribbon, or cord, mark the end and measure the length against a ruler. This is your wrist size.

3. Allow for comfort:

  • We suggest adding an extra 1.25 cm (0.5") to your wrist circumference measurement for a comfortable fit. You should be able to fit two fingers between the bracelet and your wrist.
  • Adjust the size according to your preference, whether you want a snug, comfortable, or loose fit.

Most of our chain bracelets come with an extension chain, but not all pieces include this feature.

Orders for personalised items are put into production immediately after submission. If you wish to cancel, please notify us within 12 hours of placing the order. Cancellations after 12 hours will qualify for an exchange or store credit.

Cancellations can only be processed if the item has not yet shipped. Once your cancellation request is received, it will be processed on the same day. To cancel your order, please contact our care team here.

Once you've placed an order, changes are usually not possible. However, if you contact our care team within 12 hours of ordering, we’ll do our best to assist you.
