A little bit slower in production than I expected but the updates were timely and they kept me up to date on the production progress, which I appreciated.

f I could give zero stars I would. I ordered nearly $700 worth of gifts for my bridal party. They were extra special to me as they had the faces of my now husband’s 2 brothers who have passed away. It should have been a special
token he and his brothers, son and nephew could have worn on our wedding day. Before I proceeded with the purchase I confirmed the delivery date of between 5 and 10 March which was displayed online and in time for my wedding. The product was only delivered on 25 March, way past my wedding date and significantly later than advertised. Not only were they incredibly late getting my order to me but their communication throughout the process was appalling. They were delayed in responding at times and other times they just didn’t bother replying at all. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. I would definitely not recommend this store.

No complaints about ordering or shipping, just the quality of product and complete lack of communication.
The photo on my pendant (for my daughter's wedding of her and her late Grandmother) is washed out and not good enough to give to my daughter.
My attempts to communicate and politely ask to try for better quality have been completely ignored.
This is so upsetting as this gift would mean so much to my daughter on her wedding day.

Insecure design, doesn’t hold the ring. No reply to multiple emails, messages and requests for warranty/refund. Follow others’ advice and look elsewhere (I wish I had)!

A beautiful piece of jewellery, we were very happy with the appearance of the holder. Sadly, the chain is flimsy, and snapped during its first use. This is concerning given that its purpose is to keep a ring safe.

I purchased 2 key rings, as presents for Xmas, took one look and in the bin they went, very very disappointing, $120 down the drain, very blurry and couldn’t even see the pets faces!!!

Zero customer service. Birthday flower ring holder necklace seemed a lovely idea for my elderly grandmothers milestone birthday.
However when it arrived the flowers were stuck together (unlike the photos where it's got a gap between them). So naturally the ring fell right off. No instructions on how to put the rings on and the snippet video on the website only shows the holder with the wide gap. I rmailed the company and messaged on social media. Never heard back. I expressed it was important as I wanted my grandmother to be able to wear the necklace for her big birthday party. (There's also no phone number to call).
5 days has now passed and the party has happened. So the opportunity was lost :(
Very disappointed.
Do not recommend this company or product. They do not value their customers.
