My ring came off twice

My ring came off twice while I was wearing this and I think I realise why - the gap at the top is too big which meant when moving around the ring can easily pop off the top. Also, the mouth is too wide and shallow for the ring to really 'sit securely' while it is on there, it's more balancing on the top if that makes sense. This is my first ring holder necklace and now I know that there are more effective, better shaped holders out there.
